The written Exam of BSNL DGM will be One paper with 150 multiple choice objective question of three hours as per the following syllabus.
Management Aptitude (75 Q): General management , management information system, Managerial Economics,marketing, Accounting & Finance, Human resources management, Organizational behavior, Strategic Management, Operation management, Telecom Knowledge and Curren event of national and International importance.
Cognitive ability(75Q): quantitative ability & Data sufficiency, Reasoning and verbal ability , reading and analysis.
